Prepaid cards and various paying methods are accepted only through our Viva Wallet paying platform. For reservations "Pay on Arrival", you can pay locally at our office using Visa, Mastercard, Revolut, Maestro or cash.

Yes, you can. Our office is located only 100 meters outside Kos Airport. We will pick you up from the Airport’s Arrival Hall, after you collect your luggage, and we will take you to our office where we sign the rental agreement and we give you a map of Kos Island with lots of information and tips.

No, sorry, you can’t. It is strictly forbidden for our cars to leave the island of Kos. You have no insurance coverage on the ferry and we have no way to help you personally if you are not on Kos.

No, sorry but we don’t serve the port of Kos. We are located at the airport, and it is very difficult to deliver at the port. Over the last few years, the Port Authority has restricted access to the port waiting area for any cars without a valid ticket. This makes delivering your car to the port, practically impossible.

Yes, as long as your hotel is registered on Google Maps and there is a prior reservation/communication with us. Times of delivery are subject to availability.

Minimum age is 23 years. Minimum time to hold a valid driver's license is 2 years. If you belong to the age group 21-23 years old, you can pay the extra insurance fee of 10€/day and you can rent a car under your name. The FDW insurance (see FAQ no1) is also mandatory in this case. The age surcharge is calculated automatically by our booking system. The FDW insurance must be selected by you.

We offer the second driver free of charge. If you want to add a third driver, the charge is calculated by the system.

Yes, we offer the first child/baby seat free of charge. If you need to add more, there is a small extra charge.

Yes, if you drive on asphalt roads. You are fully covered for all traffic accidents, even if the accident is legally your own fault. You are also covered for damages that occur when the car is legally parked. Insurance does not cover you if you drive the rental car off road. You are not covered by insurance while driving under the influence.

When you make a booking online you book a specific group, but we can’t guarantee the specific model. This is subject to availability and to other factors. We always try our best to provide you with the specific model you chose online. Only when this is not possible, we will change you to something similar or upgrade you to a bigger category at no extra cost.

Yes, you can but only if you take the FDW insurance for full coverage.

In this case, you must present a valid credit card under the main driver's name, with the necessary amount of deposit to be blocked. This amount varies depending on the car type.

Our office, located right outside of Kos Airport, is open from 8 am to 10 pm. Out of working hours collection and return of your car is possible at an extra fee, when you book online.

If your place of return is Kos Airport, then you come to our office and we drive you to the airport. We drop you off outside the Departures Terminal, so you don’t need to walk or carry your suitcases far.

Yes, you can and we highly recommend booking your car in advance, as this will ensure availability and peace of mind. Your reservation is 100% secure with us. You will receive a voucher with all the details of your reservation, via email, immediately after your reservation is complete.

Yes, you can get an extra 10% discount when you book online and pay in advance.

Yes, our prices as they appear on the results page are final, including all applicable discounts and there are no hidden costs. Prices are all inclusive according to the details you have entered. Please take care to enter correctly the dates and times, location and personal details.

When you choose FDW insurance, no deposit is required and no amount of money is blocked. If you stay with the basic CDW insurance, then a deposit is required. The amount varies according to the group type. Please see our terms and conditions section.

Yes, it’s 80 years old. Our insurance covers drivers from 71-80 years old for an extra daily fee of 10€ per day.
